typical studio loft at the Timberbrook Village comes with a set of bunk
beds just inside the entry, and a queen bed, queen convertable sofa, double
size futon or trundle bed (2 twins) near the fireplace. There is a queen
bed in the loft. Kitchens are fully equiped. All rooms have phones. Most
have VCRs. Units are individually owned and the fixtures, amenities, and
